Shipping Information

We ship worldwide with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and DPD.

European customers: Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse for faster delivery.

  • European Union: 4-5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
  • United States: 10-18 business days
  • China: 4-5 business days
  • Asia: 5-7 business days
  • Australia: 8-12 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be communicated during the WhatsApp purchase process.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp. You can track your package directly with the carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or DPD).

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide photos of the item you wish to return
  3. We will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to the designated return address
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after receipt

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer covers return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
